Ordered a case of the mild brown label chipotle.  Hoping it will be mild enough for SWMBO.  Will just have to order another case when the hot stuff comes round.    Taste buds love you, wallets hate you.    Thank you LDHS!

Hot Vinegar is one of my very favorite things in the whole wide world!!! I read a thread on it a while back on THP.  I saw lots of it during my days in Cackalack, of course.    I currently have eight bottles percolating, with a liter or so decanted.  Using all supers makes it rediculously hot...

Don't know how a LDHS appreciation thread is only two pages long!  Seriously, this is the most flavourful, coherent line up of hot sauces that I have ever found.    LDHS isn't a condiment, it is a food group.  Gimme a bottle of LDHS, a straw, and a napkin!    I literally order cases of the stuff...
