N'East storm of the Century

Made chicken and dumplings. Then the top of the shaker with my kitchen sink powder fell off in my soup. It was enough powder to melt the 2-3 feet we gonna get!!!! Knee deep in the whiskey to cope with the snowpacolypse.

I am almost sad we aren't in this one with you.  It is snowing now, but we are only supposed to end up with five inches total.  The same kind of letdown that ___________'s girlfriend feels.

Looks like you guys in CT are going to get slammed. We are supposed to get about 2 feet in NJ. I don't mind the snow, just hope the power stays on. Good luck.

Same here. We have electric heat and a wood stove. Not gonna be good if we lose power. Been cranking the wood stove all day and plan to feed logs all night. And drink whiskey... All night.

PffTT!!! Just some snow and wind.
All that sex for nothing!
Harmless Simpsons reference here, folks!

Some homemade soup simmering on the stovetop.

Time to dig out! Don't forget to dig out your nearest hydrant!

Neighborly display as the gent with the snowblower across the street knocked out my driveway for me in 5 minutes.

Fizzled Blizzard PIF to show my gratitude. First five PMs get a free pack of mixed mystery red superhot seeds from a SilverSurfer grow. US only.

I wonder how many storms of the century there have been so far this month...

I have enjoyed many "storms of the century". pft.

When a dozen of your friends lose their homes, animals, property etc., This was the storm of the century (with zero, ZERO media coverage).

I hope to NEVER see this again...

True that.. wild fires, mudslides, earthquakes, tornadoes, floods, tsunamis.. nature has a lot more than snow flakes to throw at us. The only risk with heavy snowfall is snowing in (get a few cans of food and water) and avalanches.. and I doubt the latter will happen in NYC.

I guess a fart on time square is the equilavent of a real disaster......

I have pretty big fears of tsunamis and Volcanoes. I could never live near the ocean even for all the beautiful weather in teh world

HAHA. It took 15 minutes to clear the walkway. Not even the most snow all year.

Storm of biblical proportions? LOL

If we get that little snow we call it a bad skiing season..
It doesn't snow much here. Just very icy and cold as hell.
