yes aka AJI AMARILLO the most commonly used pepper in Peruvian cooking,not only does it have the shape and color but also the Cylyx looks like a characteristic Baccatum trait Which AJI YELLOW is, i have also seen them with spikes at times
i grow it every year and is a top favorite
just a guess...
might turn out good, however the bhuts will overpower the Pineapples so you will most likely not taste them at all, that is unless of course your using them as filler in the sauce
I made a sauce with just aji pineapple pepper and low vinegar I used ball fruit fresh instead and it turned out good...

they are near me in Mechanicsberg Pa and there sauces are awesome
they have a Trinidad Scorp sauce that cooked off my face!!! :fire: ,its called "the Rapture" the owner is a friend of my friend Jim Weaver and Jim sells some of his sauces so i have a little experience with them and i can tell...
maybe but the plant seem a little small and so is the fruit, maybe there stunted in the pots??

at least from my own experiences a hybrid and a phenotype can be one in the same but im not so sure it always is, im not a geneticist so im not entirely sure?? :think: can anyone else chime in with some in depth info?? :D

as for if there hybrids I don't know I kind of always thought they where "Phenotypes"
I never heard of 7 POT RUST but I remember was just talking with some on here over the winter about Mustard colored peppers as I helped develop 2 species in the last 4 years
