I am a big fan of Melinda's sauces. I try to have a bottle of the Scotch Bonnet on hand at all times. The Naga Jolokia sauce is pretty good as well.

Well, none of the local stores where I work carry habaneros anymore. So, I just bought a plant and stuck it in my office. :) Problem solved.
