Yessir. Good stuff. I still have about 1/4 of a bottle in my fridge. For some reason, I don't care for it on Mexican food though. [I meet with some guys for Mexican food on Tuesdays, and try to bring a different bottle of sauce as often as I can to give them a taste] I love it with eggs or...

Sorry, should have been a little more descriptive. I started craving a new sauce today when I was eating some CaJohn's Scorpion sauce at lunch. To me, that is fairly hot. Probably closer to Ghost Pepper hot, as I want a good burn, without the nasty extract taste. I might check out the HBD...

Can someone recommend a fairly hot non-extract sauce? Preferably made by someone in this community.

review Official Review: CaJohns Trindad Moruga Scorpion Hot Sauce

Just had another pretty good helping of this sauce today. Lit me up pretty well. Obviously, my tolerance isn't as high as other members on this site, but this is probably the hottest non-extract sauce I have. [I actually only have one bottle of extract sauce, and it was a gift...] For me...

    Fatali Gourmet Jigsaw

Seems like an interesting pepper. I don't know about their claims to being the hottest... but I love the look of the thing. Here is another thread on the forum that might give you some additional info: http://thehotpepper.com/topic/37509-fatalii-gourmet-jigsaw-new-superhot-king/page__hl__jigsaw

I think the weathermen are smoking crack

The weather here has been crazy. I was up half the night listening to spotters on the Ham Radio, and constantly silencing tornado warning alerts on my phone. It was 80 degrees yesterday, and is 50 today. Good 'ol Missouri weather... If you don't like it, wait a day or so.

    Aji varieties you love

I have never actually tasted an Aji pepper. I am growing a couple of Aji Goldens this year though, and I am pretty excited to try them.

There is some kind of interference around my house that is killing my Ham Radio signal. I blame the transformer outside. Kind of sucks with tornado season approaching. I can take my handheld and go to the edge of my property to communicate though... so I am not dead in the water. Just the...

    Hardening Off...Jumping the Gun

I will take peppers out for a few hours during the day for some sunlight, but then bring them back in at night. I usually try to wait until at least the second week of May before putting any outside permanently. At least in this climate. We are having some 80 degree days, but night-time temps...
