I do it for the chicks.

I use Butter or bacon fat depends on the dish. If I'm in a hurry I might add a little oil to the butter so I don't burn it, but never straight oil.

What I loved most of my time in Ca. was definitely the Mexican food..And maybe that one crazy couple of days in Halfmoon bay hanging out with homeless hippies.. :high:

Looks tasty Ed. I have a contest coming up next month. I do three or four a year. Each one has different types of judging and I'll tweak my recipes accordingly. Usually finish in the top two.

Thanks again for another cool review Edmick..     So work has been kicking my ass, but it has only slowed the sauce making down hasn't stopped it. The 7-pot Burgundy x CGN21500 sauce is still fermenting like crazy. And two weeks ago I made up a half gallon of Carbonero pineapple to ferment.Here...

I received it this morning..Delivered yesterday but wife forgot to tell me it arrived. Going threw it tonight and tomorrow when do I need it out?  

Never mind I see that is number 2..Number 1 arrived here safely..need to find that post..

  I lived in Korea for a little over a year. Some of the local markets get pretty sketchy.         A friend of mine would never eat off food trucks. Said cross contamination on these trucks happens all the time. Funny my favorite place to eat is a taco truck.
