    I hope you didn't think I was encouraging not cooking it. I should have explained myself better.   Not to take things off subject but what happens when you have a blow out? Does the cap blow off or does the bottle break?

I had stands I made out of PVC schedule 40..two tees,two nineties and four caps. And around 24 feet of pvc. They were similar to this. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01E9IO6LW/ref=sspa_dk_detail_1?psc=1 It would probably be cheaper buying one if you don't know a plumber..

They look good..You need to cook it and bottle it hot if your looking for a safe shelf stable product. Do you have to? Probably not but I wouldn't chance it.

The Raspberry Chipolte sauce is amazing on sweet potato fries. I ordered it for my wife and ended up using it like ketchup last night. Gonna have to get another bottle.

Man you guys have it bad, not only do I use our blender. I leave it for the wife to wash, after all dishes are her chore.

I grow a sweet pepper called Yummy for my wife. They make great ABT's for those afraid of heat. Also I like growing some Big Jim's and Fresno's for less heat.

i get mine from local brew shop.I think 24 5oz bottles with caps were 12.99 last time..

Got mine yesterday. Surprised how hot and how the scorpion one tasted..I wish I saw that steak sauce though let me know how it taste..And thanks for telling us about the sale..
