    Starting with the Youngs Special London Ale. 6.4%  Malty biscuit with medium bittering and spice with some seville orange marmalade flavours on the finish. Thinking EKG and challenger hops.   Very nice indeed!

    Beer snacks!!!   Apple wood smoked almonds with red bhut powder (also smoked in apple wood and fresh out of the dehydrator) cumin powder, brown sugar and salt and a little macadamia oil to bind.  Going in the oven now.

    Congrats!  Great looking pods. I will overwinter my reaper.  It seems they need a long season to get going, so a I think a second year plant will go gang busters.

    What is the best meal you've ever eaten?

    I have eaten around the world, and had some amazing food.  Life changing, best meal ever?   Mum's chilled tomato consomme using a variety of heirloom tomatoes.  This blew me away, one of the freshest most flavour packed dishes I have had.
