  Jesuchristo! Those things are like jackhammers! I have a little Cuisinart or something-or-other that does pretty good in amounts up to 2 gallons or so. Not a very long stem, so it's all reliant on the vessel. But, at least I know where to look when I need to scale up :rofl:

I took this shot with a macro adapter. Landlord pulled him out of an electrical socket... Mummified and all. It's a mouse skull. Definitely wouldn't argue that a dedicated macro lens would be better though: The adapters really are a little tough to get just right.
