Starfish,Could be Perfume though mine were more yellow, Last one looks like it could be a banana pepper..

I must read a lot of old posts..I thought you were still active..Welcome back, I all ready feel I know you!

Some ripening shots..        

Drying peppers, making another 8lb batch of hot teriyaki pork jerky and cleaning out the grow room and setting up for over wintering a few of my nicer plants.

I've had a few cold mornings this weekend and cool rainy days..I think it would depend more on soil temp..Cool mornings with warm days I'd think you'ld be fine..But once you get in the mid 30's all bets are off..I love those sunken green houses..Really can expand your grow season without a heat...

I didn't see ginger listed.. I love fresh ginger..   A friend of mine makes a fantastic quick sauce with beets.l bet you a bottle of sauce they'll work great in a ferment. Plus the color is fantastic..
