And yes, we DO grow everything we sell, not to knock anyone who buys seeds in bulk and resells in smaller packages, a perfectly legit business model and nothing wrong with it, we just choose not to do so. We buy seeds we do not have, sure, many do, difference being in the way we like to do...

Finally a break in the weather, getting some transplanting done.

Thank you, we are hoping to expand even more this year. Looking for a larger spot of land and have support of the USDA. Gonna be a good year.

While Kahm maybe ok, it will effect the taste, trial and error just as your doing is how i learned. Cheap jalapenos and serranos from the grocery store is the way i learned, rather toss some jalapenos than say reapers you spent months growing. Its still some what vodoo. take some good notes on...

I only use peat pods or just put the seeds in a good soil and not a "germination" method. Unnecessary step IMHO,  If the soil or pods are good and temps are right, mother nature will do all the rest. Be sure to keep an eye on the moisture of the pods or soil as you can over water and basically...

What to do on a cold frozen day?  Try new recipes :)  Fermented Serranos, Onion and Garlic.

Made that jar into a Louisiana style sauce. Didn't last long. Onions added a nice flavor.
