Made up some infused salt a few weeks ago. The wife swears she's not a chili head, but since she got her hands on that salt every meal I eat has some pretty good heat!

I don't care much for most pepper flavor, but I had an Aji Pineapple a couple of days ago and it was AWESOME!  They are now on my grow list for 2014.  :)

Roguejim gave you some great tips.  I've started calling my videos "tasting" instead of "review".    I'd like to see you suffer a bit longer before you go for a drink, but that's just the sadistic side of me :)

You might also try it with some eggs or a grilled cheese.  I also eat it with corn chips.

Got these from Joemomma here on the site.  I'm pretty sure the fatali was actually a fatali?  We had some habs in there as well and you could tell a difference.  The 7pots were supposed to be "douglah", but they were red, so maybe there was a miscommunication in what we got?  It was fun, and...

Currently I've got my powders in small plastic baggies, but I thought some kind of small shaker or container with a screw on lid might be better suited for table use.  Any suggestions?  What do you all put your powders in?

This does have corn syrup, but it's awesome (plus it's the only candy that I've made)  :)   Spicy Pecan Brittle   1c sugar 1/2c light corn syrup 1 1/2c pecans (or whatever nuts you want) 1/2t cinnamon 1t vanilla 1T butter 1t baking powder 1t pepper powder   Toast pecans in oven for about 8 min. ...

I thought it was a fine review.  As you mentioned, it's going to be hard to say anything that hasn't already been said about most pods, so coming up with something "NEW" is tricky.  I think that coming at it from a brewer's perspective might put you out there to an audience that's not already...

  I think most of them know better :)  I knew I wouldn't finish, but I really thought I could get through more than I did.  Oh well... It was fun.
