i got some jewlers tweezers off of ebay about 8" long works great for digging those super hot seeds out of the bag.

Nice cheap setup i'd like to see more cheap bottom heaters on here, the mats are to pricey for bulk setups.

nice set up i used the emergency blankets in mine, seem to work well, i heard aluminum foil can cause hot spots and burn the plants.

I have been using Emergency blankets from walmart... :eek: compared to not using any last year they are working well.

If they look like a lost cause i have really poured the peroxide to them, with some results but they rarly catch up to the uneffected ones. After checking light and over/underwatering i would try a dilute solution of peroxide with increasing strenght on the ones that dont respond.

It looks like LARGE amounts of ferts to me, and you also have to figure big companys have BIG farms, so they have lots of plants which most of which may look normal but one or two may be overloaded like the one in the picture. And of course those ones make the packet.
