That's my usual routine but this year with the craptastic weather they got an intermediate 1 gallon pot planting before they end up in the 5-7 gallon pots or raised bed.

New growth already showing at the nodes. Plants are pretty resilient so I'm betting you'll be fine and so will they ;)
