Well to be honest my first year is a mess. aphid, mite, over watering, rain, overfert etc. But the thing is i learn from all of that and make adjustment, because every chili has a different need in a different place you grow them. Just don't stop doing it, be patient and you'll be fine.

Yup, make em dry and wilted, only giving as little as possible foliage or root watering, or else i say torture treatment.

This might be a little strange, i use red onion essence as my soaking water, they work out great, 4 day germination for a Douglah and ts Large.

It will grow okey, but do dry them first before you plant them (3 day for me), after it soaked with tap or mineral water for 1 day than plant it. cmiiw happy growing

Hard to tell by just seeing a photo, best thing to do is isolate and observe. CMIIW
