As promised, I had some tonight. Made them with Jalapeños and also Chilhuacle Rojo. The Yellow 7 was diced and stirred into the mush. Taste was perfect and I definitely will do again. Thanks Gary.

What a great idea AnSeanachi! Tonight I will make this with Windchicken's Chilhuacle Rojo instead of Jalapeño and Yellow Seven Pot in the mix. I will post pics if you don't mind. 

The long green chiles grown in New Mexico will always be my favorite for flavor, but my top pick for the hotter variety is the Fatalli.

These pics are for you Scovie. I was fooling around with my old smoke pics by turning them around and upside down to see what would come up. Monsters must have been in my subconscious because this is what happened.

Put me down for a tent site close to all the action. I do have a 6 man tent to lend out if anyone wants and maybe a huge old 2 room behemoth tent if anyone wants. Just need to set it up to see if I still have all the parts.
