most of the casado i ate in costarica/nicaragua had few ingredients. rice, beans and with luck a fried banana :) maybe in the bigger cities the servings are more plentyfull with ingredients, but i hardly spent time in the capital. :)
top one is salvia or sage as its also known. the bottom one i know ive seen before
... ok took a while but its a Euryops chrysanthemoides - also known as a yellow margarita here. dunno english name..
i live on the countryside - the post takes a long time to get to the closest office. i can most likelly not resend the package on the same day because of travelling distance to post office. also i only get mail delivered 1-3 times a week. i hope its not going to cause any trouble.
north spain is really nice, green and lush - although i havent visited neither of valladolid or vitoria, i spent time in the mountains of the pyrenees when i first moved here.
down here in the south its much hotter and drier - some spots are desertic.
