Welcome to thp TELC.
wow that's an old thread.
My plants looked good last year:cool: This year is crap!
I had a red spider mite infestation so I destroyed everything.
{note to self never bring plants that grew in the garden inside}
Now I'm having all kinds of problems this year.
Aeroponic is...
9 days is not too bad. If you planted them too deep they can take extra time to pop out.I soak for 24-48 hours.
What I like to do is germinate them in zip lock baggies with a damp paper towel. That way you don't waste seed tray space.
TIP: sterilize the paper towel in boiling water to prevent...
They look wet because I sprayed them before taking pics.
The algae is almost inevitable with rockwool but harmless.
Nonparasitic Leaf Roll
That is spot on!
Last week I got one of those 6" plastic dome that fits over the seed tray.

 Maybe I should try Colloidal Silver . you know the stuff used to wash fruits and veggies.
My little seedlings are having the leaves curl up.
I suspect some fungi crap growing on them.
What should I use to control fungi?
I want something non-toxic since I'm growing the seedlings in my office and do plan to eat the peppers.
What about neem oil does it help control fungi?
I could tell you but then I would have to kill you :hell:
It's a small fruit shop with lots of cool stuff.

I can't confirm that they are the real Trinidad Congo peppers but they sure look right.
I selected seeds from the biggest pods only.
more details on this thread ...
Very please with this find. All I had access to was crappy jalapeno and a few italian peppers. One place sold "Jamaican scotch bonnet" (those were clearly orange habs wonder why up here they call everything Jamaican scotch bonnet?) that came from the Netherlands. Tasted like crap!
Looks like...
Finally after 3 years of searching I found a place that sell good quality chinense!
Much to my surprise the source of the peppers are from Trinidad.
5 peppers for 1$ not bad. Next time I go there I'm going to ask the manager if he can order me a full box (if the price is right).
The peppers...
