    Wing Sauce from Scratch

I remember you mentioning that. I want to see someone play around with the Trinidad Scorpion by itself because it has such great flavor before the heat hits hard. I still need measurements because I have to jar it for the contest.

I bet. You certainly have enough peppers to work with. Have you played around with some sauces?

    Wing Sauce from Scratch

CaJohn is hosting the Columbus North Market show on Feb 21st, and one of the things he is having at the show is a wing sauce contest. I do not know squat about making a wing sauce other than pouring some out of a bottle. I am looking for a recipe to make a basic wing sauce. I will totally...

event So, who's going to the Fiery Food show this year?

Michele, they did tell you that skinny dipping wasn't allowed.

I hope you think this is a good idea.

I have registered for the Chili contest, but money might be a problem. I really want to be there so I will certainly try. I wish I had someone to share the ride and hotel expense.

and another thing, there is no Tom on Facebook. You should see how many chileheads have all ready joined up? Well one way to find out. BTW...You going to the North Market show again?

    Technicality indeed. Game over. :onfire:

I have seen their search, it is very different and not too effective. You can also instant message the person in real time which is a cool feature. Best part, Facebook has a Chilehead group listing and MySpace does not.

I hope you think this is a good idea.

I totally understand. If it wasn't a friend telling me he found someone that I haven't seen such a long time I wouldn't have joined or even looked at it. What Facebook offers that MySpace doesn't is a search engine to find old school mates, names of friends you might want to speak to again...

They allow people from NJ on there? Now THP will never join. John, just type chileheads in the search bar and click on it and join. It is that easy. No invite necessary.

I am just trying to bring all the Chileheads together, all websites, and to promote them all in the same place through the "Chilehead" group name. Come join the party THP. A lot of NYers waiting to experience your music, and you can find a lot of old High Skool buds on there like I have.

MySpace is so yesterday. Come on IGG, you know the group won't be the same without ya. Free Micro Beer from Sickmont. He has an open bar right now. I want to see some people outside the country! Where are all the Aussies and Brits when you need them?

I hope you think this is a good idea.

I just joined Facebook and I thought it would be good to connect with the Chileheads around the world in another way. Put a face to go with the online name. If you have a facebook account or wanted a reason to make one, it is easy to find this group. Just type in "Chileheads" into the search...

event So, who's going to the Fiery Food show this year?

Cool, let me know if you will be there, and I will introduce you to some of the other people like CaJohn if I am there. I am still 50/50 on it right now. I am looking to find someone to share the ride and hotel. I really want to enter the chili competition again, plus now they have an amateur...

event So, who's going to the Fiery Food show this year?

I had a great time at the FFS last year, especially going to the balcony and watching the poor souls that the Creator did in. There he is dragging on a cigarette, grinning like a Cheshire cat and enjoying the upheavel from his lil' innocent toothpicks. I wish I could go again, but money...

I didn't get the white glove, but I enjoyed the visual, bitchslap and all. Awaits Nova's rebuttal. :)

 damm! That sh*t was funny to read. Go Nova! I will be honest, I was hoping to see RS win the battle, because I hate to see sauce collect dust. It is meant to be consumed.
