The plants in the ground should be more tolerant to everything. Heat, cold, overwatering, underwatering. At least in my experience. Maybe I just have great soil where I live, but I don't know.

I feel like you need to do a lot more research before you start selling you product.  Having a recipe is just a small part of it. Did you get your home kitchen certified by the health department?
