I didn't take pics but I did a vegetarian meal for the heck of it. Sweet potatoes, onions, celery, jalepenos, cumin, garlic, and Melinda's Naga Jolokia sauce. Fried to perfection. Good stuff.

Franks is one of my classic faves. I've had many sauces but it is still one I buy from time to time. Wings, Pizza, Eggs, Fries, etc, etc.

TB himself had posted a good pineapple hab recipe I used at one time. Very tasty indeed. One thing is certain, fresh is always best.

Pretty much trying to grow every super hot this year. Staying away from all the habaneros for the most part. Maybe a couple just because they send out a ton of pods.

Raw 7 pod was pretty crappy in general. Taste was awesome. Heat was unbearable. Extracts tho........well I used some of the Da Bomb stuff on wings one time and oh dear God it sucked. Extracts can suck it.
