I've been getting flower drop too. Healthy looking plants but just dropping flowers. Yesterday was the first time daytime temps have dropped below 90F in four weeks. Night time temps rarely got below 80F. Got a couple cool days with temps in low 80s and night time temps low 70s down to mid 60s...

first harvest of 4 or so were small...about 2" long and 1" at the top....will they get bigger towards fall and cooler weather?

yep, if it flowers, the result is a fruit afterwards. No such thing as a "vegetable" by the botanical deffinition, and nothing else holds weight in terms of plants.

Im excited for them as well. Im going to focus on the NM varieties more next year. I may do a few jalapenos and cayennes, but mostly NM varieties and maybe a couple stupidly hot super hot for gets and shiggles. No more of this 20 varieties and not sure wth Im going to do with 13 of them?

Heard the same thing. I will say this. While I do not know the captain personally, I do know many people that know him and some even see him on a daily to semi daily basis. I don't THINK, from what I am told from one of the more reliable resources that knows him, that captain would fudge it...
