Anyone else get frost last night!?

We had SNOW!! Granted it was flakes and didn't last long but GRRRR. The weatherman explained it as Siberia had a bad snowstorm so we got the fallout in the form of cold. I think those few flakes escaped as well. I am NEVER ready for winter but after hearing all the problems in other areas of...

    why superhots??

Why not grow superhots? Small town rural Minnesota has nothing hotter than habaneros and I have to drive 30 miles to get them. We make hot sauce, salsa, jelly, many different pepper products and we have no choice but to grow our own. The flavor is great. Super hots are not the only peppers...

    Who's up for a challenge?

We grow all of our peppers under flourescents only, seems towork for us. Peppers like simple and McGyver'd growing systems work fine IMO. What you want to grow? I'm interested.

Why do you grow chilli peppers?

I have always liked growing plants, peppers give me a new challenge. I like the heat as flavor, not knock me over the head heat BUT I grow super hots exactly for that reason. I am fascinated by any new one I see, I want to grow them all. BTW I am not great at growing peppers but I don't let...
