orange and yellow bells are my favorite for no heat, and they're easy to find.

it all depends on what chile your drying to grind. some are heavy seed producers while some only have a few seeds. the heavy seed chiles I remove them before drying...... chiles with a few I leave in.....small chiles that'd be a hassel to deal with seeds are left in.....otherwise dehydrate them...

some of the pics were taken with a normal camera & put in computer. then put on cell SD card & try to open it says too big, I've tried to resize smaller & try it again-didnt work. either I'm not resizing to the correct size or using the wrong computer program :eh:

I've had those chips & wasnt impressed with them either. theres "herbs" or "hebbs" or something like that has louisana pete hot sauce flavored chips which was better than ruffles....though thats not saying much but you tasted hot sauce(not hot enough though) its a losing battle for chileheads...
