+1 on that one. Local Tap water here is around 8. I literally only use a SPLASH (ph down) in 30 gallons. My ph is always around 6.2-6.5 Hope this helps!

Thanks guys! Honestly, none of the purple ones taste great at the moment. The purple Mayan is pretty close to what I would call fully matured. Its had peppers on it for almost two months. I'm wondering if it will change colors at all..?

For the record, I dont care about them once I have them. I just dont want to get them all together when eating peppers.. Hahaha
