I really enjoyed the taste of the St Martins Seasoning peppers I grew last, excellent flavour & the heat level is easily tolerable for new comers coming to grips with the awesome flavours of the Chinensees :onfire:

ph for watering in soil is best at around 6.5 Id also be checking what your temps are day & night, at this early stage if they get the chills they will end up stunted and take forever to get going again.

I have not tried this with cottage cheese, but lately Ive been mixing up say half a cup of sour cream, one 7 pot pepper, one clove of garlic, a good handful of coriander & a sprinkle of salt, chop it all up nice and fine and mix into the sour cream & use as a dip with Jatz biscuits, BEAUTIFUL...
