I was thinking about worms. I'm not sure I produce enough "scraps" to keep them healthy. I think daily they would only for sure get coffee grounds, eggshells, and a banana peel-although I do prefer fresh veggies, I currently use a lot of canned and frozen. I hope to get some kitchen rehab... -

I do like nitrile gloves and I'm going to have to start using them- I dont notice the pepper oil on my hands but now I know how much I touch my face!
