You can always buy the original seeds from Bjarne at www.barney.dk
I think i have some seeds somewhere, but they are from a "young" generation (maybe F3??) and open pollinated. Bjarne is still selecting the best plants and has an entire greenhouse only for BOC. Besides that he is also just a...
My [Bhut Orange Copenhagen x Numex Suave Orange] F1 is currently flowering.
Looking forward to tasting how hot it is :D
I'm trying to make a easy drying pepper with BOC taste and medium heat.
Has anybody tried the 7 pot primo orange?
Peter Merle from semillas.de once named it as the best tasting he knew. I dont know anything about it, it's probably a still unstable cross...
But that man has so many different peppers! He must know what is cool and hot. On the other hand he is of...
Hi again everybody.
I believe it is time to follow up on my long forgotten glog. It's never to late :D
I was really busy last spring writing my bachelor thesis. It took all my time and i neglected most of my plants. Luckily some survived! I tried to fit as many as possible into my windowsill...

If you save seeds from a plant with different pod types you will have different pod types next year. If you...
I disagree: at least in Denmark it goes like this: Leopards live in africa/asia, Jaguars live in south america. Some Leopards and Jaguars (apparently 1/7) are born black and called panthers.
I have also noticed that the pod shape of my BOC changed with season last year. In fall the fruit was more oblong and cone shaped, in the summer it was more lobed and habanero like in shape. Quite interesting!
Never mind the calyx. Awesome shape!
I would definately continue with no. 3 any time :) IMO Number 2 looks like a cross with a naga type and number 1 looks like a standard 7 pod. - maybe that's what a bubblegum looks like without the calyx mutation?
