  yea for my asian style wings I use   corn starch rice wine vinegar corn syrup some kind of mild heat pepper sugar chili-garlic sauce soy sauce or hoisin sauce chinese 5 spice lemon juice ground ginger salt   and then simmer it for about 20 mins

Yes I look for flavor 1st and what kind of peppers are in the sauce....then I look to the heat. The label on ur sauces is going to be the 1st thing that draws a customer to examine it. I agree with Lucky Dog The Labels need more work, and more information put on them. That's just what i think...
