When the skin turns dull they are too far gone. Pick when they are shiny. Also they go hard when they are past eating. Hope this helps.

After using tulle last year for isolating, all plants came back true ftom the saved seeds. I think T bags are too small. Tulle is really cheap too and you can cut to size. Tulle all the way for me!

If you want to make hot sauces, freezing is the way to go, no need to blanche just chuck in in a bag whole. From the freezer pop the pods in a food processor, whizzzzz and commence with sauce making
