    just a question

It's a compulsion. Often unexplainable by even the compulsive person. I have a compulsion to buy die-cast Shelby Cobras. I think it's because I wasn't able to buy a real one. And I have the knowledge to know I wouldn't be alive if I had because I ALWAYS push the limits. ALL limits. It's why...

hot-sauce Me and my F-inlaw are looking for some hot sauce :)

I'm hoping to get my heat kick out of the defcon 1 and the blairs 3 am. I may still order one of Blairs Death Sauces also. I've heard the Jersey Death is pretty flavoursome. Jd is flavorful and rated at 880K. I use it a lot. Just want heat, Final Answer will fill the bill. Put 1/4" on a...

hot-sauce Difference Between an 80,000 schoville sauce and 90,000

 On occassion, my friends and I will dig out ALL our opened bottled and some of the exotic looking stuff our other friends have brought us in an attempt to kill us off. We use scoville ratings as a guide to work our way from lowest to highest. At highest levels we're using pure extracts...

hot-sauce need help finding a sauce

Try Tropical Pepper Company's Calypso Sauce. Fantastic on stir-fry. You'll probably throw your soy sauce away.

    hot-sauce Kato's Hemi Sauce

I'm sitting here sipping from a bottle of Kato's Hemi that Mick sent me. The sauce is orange in color with chunks of garlic floating around. It's not runny, nor too thick to pour. It's just right! The heat is mild, but it's there. ( I may be a little jaded because I had earlier had a few drops...

    Tabasco is at it again

So Blue. What ratio of pepper are you using? Just curious. Jim's mash is great, straight. It could probably use some extract.:)

Whats in your fridge? (Mold doesn't count.)

Lots of sauces from mild to wild. And a bunch of 'ingredients' that the wife somehow makes food out of.:mouthonfire: Not sure how she does it though. All real food comesin cans or packs, far as I know.

    WWWWWWHHHHYYYYYYYYYY???

FWIW; I love heat and to protect my stomach, I use the extreme sauces a LOT. Follow me here--- When using something mild like Original Death, I can use 1/2 a bottle in a meal. That's a lot of 'pepper' in the stomach. When I use Jersey Death, a few drops will do, maybe 1'2 teaspoon in a...

    chile side effects

I work outdoors year-round. I never use the heater or AC. I dress for the temp, and to do that, then turn the heater on will nearly make me pass out! By acclimating myself this way, the weather doesn't bother me toooo much. The chili and sauces don't seem to have any effect.

    Acquiring Taste?

I had the same problem with Final Answer. Got to where it didn't seem too bad and the heat isn't too bad either.;) Took numerous tastings on that one. Never got used to the Bright Green El Yutaco.

    Big C

Hey guys. Just caught the other thread with youe well-wishes. I've been too busy and depressed to come in much and didn't post when I did. Thanks for all the thoughts and pm's which I didn't find until today. The wife should undergo surgery Feb. 09. Has 'Pre-Cancer' indicators on one...

;) Just about every meal, but it's not a 'must'. Though some sauces just beg to be taken by themselves in a spoon!

You MUST have an extreme sauce...

I also think each company should have an extreme sauce. Blair's is known for his reserve and Jersey Deaths. But lots of people look to see what else he has and end up going to the 'Heat' or Original Death' for flavor. Dave is known for his Insanity Sauces, but I sell cases of his Ginger Peach...
