Woah I wish I had that right now... I just have 4, 72 cell  germination trays (5 soon) on the ground in my room. I probably should have tried germinating AFTER I had a setup haha.   Could I ask how much you spent on it?

    But when do I take it out of the bag and put it in the soil? Right as the root comes out of the seed? When the root is a certain length? When I see green on the top part of the root? If that sounds rude I don't mean to be. Haha after I read it more than once, it sounds more and more rude.

No question is dumb! You can hurt your plant if you pluck the peppers off. I suggest cutting them off with some scissors..
