Mostly MG tomato formula, and sometimes the cheaper walmart version called 'expert gardener'. I use them full strength once a week. Occasionally I add some Cal to the mix, but that's really it. The only other additions the plants have seen was when they were first potted: I added some...
...well, I'm bored and it's around 2:15am here. A few drinks down and checking the ole pepper field. Random shot here of the canopy of one of the 'red savina's' - my guesstimate is about 3.5-4ft diameter. Fully loaded and branches sagging under the weight!
If their all receiving the same conditions, then it's unlikely that some would have the deficiency - while others did not. It won't hurt to try though. As stated before, a true Cal deficiency is pretty seldom despite what some may say. Most times it has to do with more of the watering schedule...
The cupping and crinkling on the new growth could be a calcium deficiency. From what I've experienced though a true calcium deficiency is rather unlikely for most plants. It's worth a shot to add some Cal to your next feeding though. It will not change the appearance of the effected leaves, but...
Ya, the pressure works out so they all get the same. And it's the Mister Landscaper version, it's sold at Lowes - but I ordered all pieces individually online to customize what I needed.
...the white bag special is exactly it :D
And thank you!
You don't have to put it outside.... But others may actively persuade you in ways!
If I ever tried to dry super hots in the house again I believe my fiancé would leave me, and my dog/cat would maul me in my sleep!
The second one looks like a hab as you stated, and the third appears to be cayenne in nature (strongly) - but may have a slight variation. As for the first - I've got no clue? If it lights you up like swallowing bright magma - you've got a super-hot cross indeed :D
Agreed, simple is the best option (for me at least).
My last sauce - ~50 habs, 10 roasted jalp's, salt, and vinegar. (Cook, blend, cook, refrigerate ~3weeks, cook, strain, bottle)...
It is very odd that only the select leaves exhibit the problem. Being that it is highly localized and not systemic id say look for a pest issue on the leaves in question first. I notice in one of the pics that the problem leaves also have holes. Clip them and thoroughly inspect would be my first...
I bought the same seeds on a whim :/
...out of the batch I have what appears to be growing: red savina's, some Naga variant, and actual TM scorpions - the all came from the same original batch of seeds. The ones you have there are growing identical to what look like my 'red savinas' from them...
Still tinkering with it... Started with 10 min every 12hr. Then to 5min every 4 hrs. Think I may go back to the twice a day schedule though - but for 7-8 min. It takes some fiddling I'm noticing to really tune in.
