All commercial sauces needs to be boiled 180-195 for 10 minutes, BUT my old neighbour from St. John she used to ferment scotch bonnets...man it smelled so good and it was the best tasting sauce i ever tried so far

i have been giving tasters of the red savina at Mr. D's for quite sometimes, and people have just put their names down for jars to cases...so YES it is overwelming...
BUT.....i don't want to grow too fast.....as i stated before..if grocery stores are asking for it..thats a good thing..:)
