Neem oil is readily available everywhere from the local mom n pop garden center to home dept and OSH. Look for a spray bottle kind of looking like a 409 or armor all size.

To give you a couple examples: that crushed red pepper you put on pizza is just dried peppers then crushed up. tamales are an example of semi rehydrating dried ancho chilis.
