    My pepper garden

Sounds like a great selection you have! I have some 7pots but they are still quite small - hopefully they produce some fruits in the next month. I'll repot them and give them some good fertilizer and see how it goes.   I have never heard of this 7pot bubblegum. I just googled it and it looks...

    My pepper garden

Thank-you. The smaller ones should begin flowering in a month and then by Feb I should see the fruit of the 7pots and the brain strains. I am looking forward to trying the yellow brain strain 7pot.   I see you from Oudshoorn - great to see more South Africans into peppers.

    Is this a Naga Viper?

I took some of the top one to an Indian man who owns a curry restaurant. He said that they were seriously hot and the hottest he'd ever tried. I'll try taking seeds (if i can find some in the pods as they seem to be almost seedless) and grow them. The plant is very fruitful with about 100 or...

    Trinidad Maruga Scorpion

Trinidad Maruga Scorpion:   This plant is one year old. The soil is 1 part worm castings, 1/2 bone-meal, 1 part compost and the rest (7.5 parts) regular potting soil. The pods are pure firey hot - hotter than I even imagined. Even my gums hurt after eating it. My stomach was a little sore later...

    Is this a Naga Viper?

This pepper is about a year old and produces these extremely hot wrinkly pods. It was labelled as a Naga Viper when I planted it but it looks different from the usual photos of the Naga Vipers on the internet. The heat is probably on the same level as the Maruga Scorpion. It is a very wrinkly...
