They could also be "fungus gnats" the larva of these can really set back young seedlings as they munch their way through the young roots. They are also pretty hard to get rid of.

Its clearly not happy, what are the day & night temperatures? If it was me, Id pull it out, wash the roots clean with a mix of canna rhizotonic, ph it to 6.0, let the roots soak for a couple of hours in some clean rhizotonic then I would transplant it into some high quality coco coir like canna...

get rid of it IGG & buy a nice shiny new one, thats what Id do anyway, sounds like its way past its use by date!

Hey Doc, I just use 13mm irrigation pipe, and punch in 4mm spaghetti tubing wherever I need it, my pump is rated around 2100lts per Hour works no problems. Just make sure your water level of your reservoir is lower than your drippers outlet. The best drippers are the ones you can pull apart...

A 20 litre bucket with a little powerhead pump on a timer will work , the thing to look out for is siphonage.
