    Aeroponic cultivation

Awesome, I was thinking of doing a fogger too. Glad I didn't, although I'd quickly find another use for the fogger. Aeroponics it is! Ahha, from wiki - Sourced from Stoner, R.J. and J.M. Clawson (1997-1998). A High Performance, Gravity Insensitive, Enclosed Aeroponic System for Food...

    A question for Aussies

Hrmm, looks a little like one I labeled "Woolworths Green Chilli" - seeds from a "green chilli" from Woolworths. Not much help but hey, if you don't think it's anything special, I wouldn't worry about a special name.

    Any welders in the house?

I got a few projects on the go, two main ones - TA23 Celica rebuild and a 10KW generator. I'm saving up to get a nice MIG/ARC/Plasma/TIG unit. I HATE my MIG it was cheap so I got what I paid for, I just borrow a better one if I got a lot of MIGing to do. My ARC is ok, big old skool bruiser...

I'll swap you sand for my clay any day. At least sand would be workable, I swear my property is made out of pure modeling clay.

I'm tempted to say they're not maggots but larvae of something else.

Maggots/ worm type in Cow manure

Tell Bunnings. I'm sick of their broken s**t. At least get replacement manure from them. As for the maggots, no idea, I think it's pretty uncommon for a house fly to breed in cow manure, so you might even have something more evil than maggots.

    Alcohol Helps Control Plant Growth

So I was wondering if one could bump up the heat of a pepper by feeding it a capsaicin extract, then I trying to work out how to make it available to the plant, since it isn't water soluble. I immediately thought of alcohol, so I did a quick search on the effect alcohol has on plants and came...

soil High water pH affecting soil nutrient availability?

mmmm, I did something last weekend, that caused nute lockout. No idea what yet. At fist I thought it was just a bug problem with one plant and now it's spreading. I have a tank and pump I use to feed all my plants through the irrigation, so they're all going to suffer soon until I work out what...

    indoor New Indoor Grow

A Cool Tube will have your heat problems sorted, normally used for the 'other' crop but they work well. I use a CFL for my seedlings, so your HID setup should be a hell of a lot more light, I suspect the problem is as it's said above - get some Mylar to keep that light where it's needed.

    Marketplace

Would it be a good idea if we had a naming convention when posting a new topic in the marketplace, which had either your location or available to locations, in the topic title or description? I find I spend a lot of time going through a lot of topics in the marketplace that can't send overseas...
