Doubled checked the airport log. 30.4C today. We've had better than average insect turnout this year. Lots of mason, a few bumble and lots of wasps out this year. I'm surprised. Tomorrow is a scorcher but Thursday-Friday -2 with snow each day. I looked and the Hat misses gets off lucky and stays above freezing. Still 35 degree change in 3 days. Not sure what that is going to do to the fruit trees. 

Not sure how cold you got be here it hit -6c this morning. My blossoms were not open yet. The rhubarb just poked up yesterday. I don't know if the cold will affect pollination. I hope you get fruit!

I would wait for at least a second generation shots before considering taking it. Not enough information on messenger rna to be considered safe for use. People like novelty. The hybrid peppers follow the same path automotive buyers go. Half goes for newer equals better while the other half goes what is a proven characteristic of the brand? 

It looks like you faired not to badly. The storm was typical of the last few winters. Lots of snow above and below but we only got about 8 cm here. Wind blown so it seemed like more than that. I'm surprised your shed doesn't have more snow on it. I've got more on mine!
