I think its an easy way to distinguish the developer. whether they are the creator or it was an accidental cross and they discovered it, they played a part and if their pepper is truly different than the other versions then initials are an easy way to tell.

im bringing this thread back. I wanted to hear updates from everyone who had some plants going. i have plenty of pods on mine but none are ripe yet. I did hear from someone that had a ripe pod that its one of his new favorites. just curious to hear more updates.
im not sure if I have extras of them or not. at the moment i dont even know where they are. I recently moved and stuff is EVERYWHERE still. if I come across some ill make a post about it.
