For me it's just a personal preference- I dig sauces with less vinegar. But some people love a high vinegar sauce. Do what you like man

Like I said, you have the idea down, just have to further elaborate. I used your sauce on so many dinners though. It"s very versatile which is a great thing. Keep it up Randy- and no problem for the review.
