    Based on the photos, I don't think they are trinidad congo. I got seeds from Trini last year and they do not look those. (My trinidad congo spouted today, yeah.)

    Is Andres from Ft. Worth, TX. I do not remember but that is the return address city on the envelope FYI....It's going to 12 degrees F tonight. I got to get the heated greenhouse ready soon. I'll keep the seedling in a small aquarium until then to keep the cat out of them.

    I started 18 varieties of hot and "super" hot pepper seeds on February 17. I peeked today and I have Trinidad Congo, Naga Morich and Guatemalean Mystery are up!:mouthonfire: I need to free up a spot for another tray on the heating mat to start the other 20 plus varieties yet to germinate.:)...

    If you really need white, try the white bullet habs. They are easy to grow and very productive. I have had volunteers spout every year in the garden.

    The Quaker Steaks around here have a offering of 10 Atomic wings. I have done it twice. Very managable to do. My wife said she saw a bead of sweat on my forehead after wing 7 or 8. :) As someone stated earlier, once you have bhuts, Nagas, etc, you know what to expect from these "signed release"...

    Congrats JayT, I just got about 10 LBS. of deer meat from a friend. I'm going to let it marinate a day or two.You got to like it, he gave me both back straps as well as 3 roasts! The butcher did good, very little waste/fat trimming involved on my part.:)

    Deer are nothing but a hoofed rat. They are a pest. They eat your crops and landscape plants..............:)
