One of my fish pepper plants is starting to show a teeny bit of variegation so maybe there is hope for them yet!

I planned for 5-10 pepper plants this year so that I have room for other veggies in my garden as well... I currently have 66 pepper plants and 12 tomato plants...I guess my garden will be expanding substantially!

Thanks for the responses. I'm hoping that it gets variegated leaves at some point. I suppose time will tell once the peppers appear as to whether it really is a fish pepper. The seeds are from a reputable source.

Good luck! I hope that your surviving seedlings do well.   I haven't had any luck with any sort of chemical use for battling aphids. Anything that I try has left my plants super angry. I have had success rinsing the leaves with water while I use my hands to rub the aphids off and then manually...

Good to know because i have not powdered yet! Definitely good to know. My husband has a fit if I even pop habaneros in a frying pan when he's home because he can't stop coughing. I will be sure to kick him out before turning anything hot into a powder.

I can't say I would be thrilled with a teacher giving my preschool aged child a bite of ghost pepper anything. He would happily ask to try it because he tries everything but it's a bit mean when he doesn't understand what he's in for. Not go-to-jail type mean, but still uncalled for for a kid so...
