Just got in a LOT of trouble

So I was helping wifey prep some wiener schnitzel for dinner. I noticed I was almost out of pepper powder so  I grabbed some Reaper x Moruga flakes I had been sitting on for a while. Tossed them in the mr coffee grinder and proceeded to grinding it to a fine dust. With wifey right next to me I open it up releasing a nuclear gas cloud of reaper proportions. Instantly we was coughing and gagging and noses running profusely. Dog started sneezing and she screamed I f-ing hate you over and over again as she evacuated the kitchen.

Needless to say a lesson was learned. Mix my powder with a ventilator on and do that shite outside.   my lungs hurt.

I do mine in basement.  But my rule is, after grinding, don't open lid for at least 30 minutes.  If you let all that settle first, its not so bad.  But just in case pull your shirt up over mouth and nose and you will be allright.  But first rule, make sure wife is not in same room, or even better same floor of house.

I have been kicked to the garage for even making salsa, and my drying operation was relocated to the shed on the back of the property.

yep been there with that one ! wife and kids all lost their breaths the first and last time i ground powder inside , lol  now i must go to the garage !      :onfire:

It really was too lol. I should have known better but i'm not always known to think things through before I do them..  :high:  Good news is my sinus pressure is all gone.

Good to know because i have not powdered yet!

Definitely good to know. My husband has a fit if I even pop habaneros in a frying pan when he's home because he can't stop coughing. I will be sure to kick him out before turning anything hot into a powder.

I only grind peppers, clean guns (Hoppe's #9)  or burn holes in solo cups when the wife is not home.
Haha solvents and hot sauces tend to get the SWAMBO angry. Green camo paint (German Bundeswehr stuff is greasy) in your collar does well as well, it smears all over the place when doing laundry.

However, the golden combo is coming home from dirtbiking to a Brand New carpet.

Haha I just did this last night! We were in the garage and I was showing her my re dehydrated moruga powder, tossed it in the grinder, opened it up right away. Both of us ran out hacking and sneezing. The powder was great though lol

We've all been there!

This reminds me of when my wife accidentally used the sharpee I used for labeling superhot pods I just cut up and then proceeded to change her feminine products. She didn't find it nearly as funny as I did.

oh yeah been there with that one ! lmao  was in the doghouse for a while after that . she won't as much touch me after i have powder on my food .         :onfire:
