june 1st was my official starting day and the last time i went to the doctor to weigh in i had lost 40 pounds. i got back and weigh again august 9th. im not getting on a scale until i have to.

sad to say from june 1st until now i have been on a major diet so all the buffets in town are breathing easier.

m the buffalo chicken pizza sounds good.....i realy like the pizza hut meat lovers and supream. i usually get pan because it seems like your getting more for you money..if there is a buffet i like the thin crust pizza hut....i also like pappa johns but there is none close enough to deliver to me.

chiliman i got some bad news for ya....they had elections at the back yard cook off and they voted me in again for great pepper. im sorry to tell you you got another year of me as great pepper. sorry to be the bearer of bad news on a usual upbeat board.

well for my 1 thousand post i would do someting a little different. this has been a realy bad week...alot of stuff going on so i just needed to kinda vent a little. Sunday i got a call from a good friend..him and his wife are talking divorce i think the world of both of them so its hitting hard...
