    Ordering Seeds?

That Jamy pepper set me on fire =(  Was fun to explore the flavors but eating them raw tasted like there was a blade of grass (green flavor) with them.  They were much better sautee'd in a pan.  Think the Cream Fatalii and Aji Golden were my favorite for flavor.  The MoA scotch bonnets went into...

    Ordering Seeds?

Thank you GA!! How is the flavor compared with normal MoA yellow Scotch Bonnets? I am thinking of mixing the Stuffing ones with MoA yellows to find the heat profile myself and parents can tolerate and add more pepper flavor to the dishes.  I have a care package inbound from WickedMike with about...

I tried to order from pepperlover, guess they are out of MoA yellow scotch bonnets, but I did try to order the Stuffing Scotch Bonnets.  They are added to my cart, yet when I try and check out it just keeps asking me for my address over and over again.  I keep updating it and tried it not...

    smoking Smoked Thanksgiving Day Turkey

Try putting some bacon slices over the top of it.  The bacon will slowly cook and release its juices to baste the turkey.  Bonus you end up with some pieces of nicely smoked bacon to eat =)

    Ordering Seeds?

Could anybody verify the SHU on the Stuffing Scotch Bonnets? Have heard anything from 0-50,000, yet hear it retains all of its scotch bonnet flavor.

lol thank you juanitos, of course the only area I didn't look under would say it.  Figured it was just a phone number and address under contact haha.        20 should be plenty to get a few plants going =)  Not really interested in random seeds though unless they are very similar to what i'm...

    food Strange family recipes...

Our family has always saved bacon grease in a jar in the fridge.  Use it to fry things for added flavor, like fried taters or frying cut up chicken for chicken alfredo, saute jalepeno's or onions for a topping.  Midwest thing I guess, but tasty =)  If you have left over mashed potatoes also try...

    Hello from Oklahoma

Hello all,   I came across this site while trying to research some scotch bonnet peppers to use in making jerk seasoning.  It has been about 15 years since my family went to Jamaica and believe we all ate our weight in jerk chicken/pork.  There is basically no food culture in Oklahoma for...
