  Thank ya! We have already discussed doing this as a future seasonal depending on the reaction we get this weekend.... If we do proceed, it wouldn't be till the Fall when we can secure the proper peppers in fresh pod form!   If some bottles are left, I'll put a post up here on Monday morning!

  I had a booth there.   I know they were sampling the Jack Daniels Tennessee fire that  went back to 8-9 times over the course of the day with no problems, so it may be true....

  I agree with your line of thinking, but the only way i come out of this unscathed is to simply 'make good' with no questions or requests in having him help figure out the mystery of the missing package. There is a much stronger chance of him bad mouthing me for not making good then for him...

    I may do signature requirement on anything over $50. it barely costs anything but the piece of mind will be nice as I fret over every package i send from now on till it is a distant memory.   before i do make good though, I am going to talk to my post master tomorrow to see my options that...

I agree, and the last thing I want to do is to tell the customer 'sorry, it was delivered. not my fault'....while that may be 100% the truth, 1. he can do a chargeback on his credit card and get his money back. this puts me in the position to do all the 'paper work' on my end to send the receipt...

Pat @ EvilSeed Sauces offers a gift pack of all his sauces in 3oz. bottles...I think he deals exclusively with Endorphin Farms, but not sure if they handle all his stuff...or the smaller bottles or not.

No matter how legal you try and get; getting stuff in writing; and al that stuff, IMO it is never good to borrow money from friends or people you know....I'm not against conventional loans, kickstarters, etc....but it is so easy for relationships to change when money comes into play....

  People in there were friendly enough but hardly hot sauce fans nor pushing to make sales...regardless, i hope they do well and i have a care package out to them.

Went to Pepper Palace. Wasn't impressed. 60-70% was the novelty sauces who all probably come from the same batches. High River & Heartbreaking Dawns had some representation.   I picked up a bottle of the El Yucateco Black Label Reserve....didnt see anything else that really tickled my fancy...

It's right next to where we are staying, so it's a no brainer that we at least check it out....thanks dude.
