Well on the plus side, pepper plants are resilient and bounce back quickly if you fix the problem.
I thought one of mine was a goner after over watering:

I tried selling on Craigslist for $10 with no luck. They're still up on Craigslist but if somebody finds em here they can have them. I like the LED but I think I should have gone with the VEG model. But it works. It makes them really bushy.

Maybe they have an idea based on a well fed model what the mean temperature should look like but its all in how they cook the numbers and in climate models you have to really cook to get down to daily resolution on a small region 2.5 months out.
Maybe three large plants. Im going to use medium size Air-pots without re-potting so hopefully the plants keep to a modest size and I can keep a variety of plants in the small space.
The fixtures have a few extra bands.
Red: 630, 660nm
Blue: 425nm
Infrared: 730nm
Ultraviolet: 380nm
White: 12000k
Though the vast majority is red and blue. But I agree, I am considering putting in a CFL fixture to supplement.
