I had one plant do the exact same thing.  Planted six red ghosts, five came up true one is putting out a yellowy orange pod with reddish shoulders.

Progressing well, just moved the rest into pots.  Been very busy but I'll get some new pics up soon.

I've seen differences in shape and size but nothing ever so drastic as these.

One of my chocolate moruga scorpions which produced on pheno pods all season recently produced one very different pod.   Here you can see both pods on the same plant (sort of).   A slightly closer shot.   I've never seen this before.  Is this normal?

Nice they are pretty common where I live, but I'm only about 2-3 hours from their head office and main greenhouse complex.
