    Too cold for peppers?

Wilt diseases cannot be cured and it remains in the soil for quite some time. I believe all off your problems are nutrient/soil related. Did you make your own soil with different ingredients? If I had to guess your ph is way out of whack in your soil limiting nutrient uptake.

    Some Issues with leaves.

I may be wrong but is that soil from the ground or just topsoil? It looks super dense and I see some mud on the inside of the pot. Generally potting mixes dont really make mud.

    Too cold for peppers?

Second to the last pic looks like a wilt disease, possibly verticillium or fusarium. Or you fried all the roots with the ferts. What soil do you use? What ferts do you use? Your temps are good 60-80F is fine for peppers. BLS is more spotty then what he's got goin on.

    Is this a magnesium deficiency?

Do you have other pepper plants that are doing ok there or is this your only plant? Could be your soils ph is out of whack making some nutrients unavailable for uptake. You could always dig it out and pot it with a good container mix. It does look like Mg or Fe deficient though, I'd lean more...
